Early career advice for One Health governance and beyond

26 March 2026 13:00 – 17:30 CET

3-part webinar series | March, April and May 2026 | Online

Are you a student or early career professional interested in working at the intersection of human, animal, plant, and environmental health? Curious about career paths in One Health governance and how to get started?

This three-part series offers a relaxed and interactive space to connect directly with experienced One Health practitioners, hear their personal journeys, and ask your questions in an open dialogue setting.

What to expect

Each 45-minute session will feature interdisciplinary One Health practitioners who will:

  • Share a brief overview of their professional background
  • Describe how they entered the field of One Health
  • Reflect on lessons learned, challenges faced, and advice for early career professionals

Following short introductions, most of the session will be dedicated to open discussion. To encourage meaningful dialogue, each session will be limited to the first 100 registrants. Sessions are not interlinked.

Why attend?

Participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Gain practical career insights from experienced professionals
  • Learn about diverse pathways into One Health governance
  • Ask candid questions in an informal setting
  • Connect with peers and experts across disciplines
  • Engage in continued discussion through the CoP learning space

Continue the conversation

To sustain engagement beyond the live sessions, a dedicated discussion forum on early career development and professional navigation will be available in the Community of Practice learning space. We will continue to exchange ideas, resources, and experiences after each session.

These webinars are hosted by the Quadripartite collaboration on One Health for the Community of Practice on One Health Governance.
